After the big 4.0 firmware, including HDR support and an upgraded GUI, Sony has today released a ‘small’ update for the 4.0 Operating system of the Playstation 4, bringing it to version 4.01.
Right now it is unknown what exactly has been ‘fixed’ in this version but as the number shows, this should primarily be a small bug fix update to the first release of 4.0, which is supposed to also include a small update for system stability.
When you turn on your PS4 it will automatically give a notification to update to v4.01, which is about 302Mb big in size.
